Abstract in
Bahasa IndonesiaSebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pemeliharaan wilayah timur PT.PJB UPHT Gresik tentu saja harus memiliki infrastruktur sistem yang dapat menunjang kinerja dibidang pemeliharaan. Dimana permasalahan yang timbul dalam kerja praktek ini adalah dimana di PT.PJB UPHT sendiri masih terkendala dengan pengaturan sumber daya manausia (SDM) yang sering kali bisa menghambat dalam hal pemeliharaan. Untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut maka solusinya adalah bagaimana merancang sistem informasi alokasi sumber daya manusia untuk PT.PJB UPHT Gresik.
Sistem informasi alokasi sumber daya manusia (SDM) adalah suatu sistem yang akan menangani alokasi SDM, dimana dalam alokasi pemeliharaan ini kebutuhan SDM sangatlah dibutuhkan karena adanya standar yang harus dipenuhi dalam hal pemeliharaan. Sedangkan untuk sistem informasi alokasi sumber daya manusia dalam kerja praktek ini meliputi penentuan alokasi SDM untuk pemeliharaan dan monitoring hasil pemeliharaan sesuai dengan standar yang sudah di tentukan.
Dari permasalahan yang yang timbul di PT.PJB UPHT Gresik maka perlulah suatu sistem yang akan bisa untuk menangani alokasi SDM dalam hal pemeliharaan. Dari perancangan sistem informasi ini akan diperoleh perancangan sistem informasi alokasi sumber daya manusia, serta perancangan ini akan berguna dan diimplementasikan menjadi suatu program sistem informasi alokasi SDM dan juga monitoring hasil pemeliharaan sesuai dengan standart yang sudah di tentukan.
Abstract
As a company engaged in the maintenance of the eastern region of Gresik PT.PJB UPHT course must have an infrastructure that can support the performance of systems in the field of maintenance. Where problems arise in practical work is that in PT.PJB UPHT is still constrained by setting manausia resource (HR) can often impede in terms of maintenance. To overcome the problem then the solution is how to design information systems for human resource allocation PT.PJB UPHT Gresik.
Information system allocation of human resources (HR) is a system that will handle human resources allocation, where the allocation of human resources needs maintenance is required because of the standards that must be met in terms of maintenance. As for the system of allocation of human resources information in this practical work includes determining the allocation of human resources for the upkeep and maintenance of monitoring results in accordance with the standards that have been set.
Of problems that arise in PT.PJB UPHT Gresik it becomes necessary to a system that will be able to handle the allocation of human resources in terms of maintenance. From the design of the information system will be obtained design of information systems human resource allocation, and this design will be a useful and implemented the program allocation of human resources information systems and monitoring results in accordance with the standards of maintenance that has been specified.
