Abstract in
Bahasa IndonesiaPenerapan sebuah sistem sosialisasi kebijakan perusahaan berbasis web merupakan salah satu cara bagi perusahaan untuk menyampaikan materi-materi kebijakan perusahaan melalui media pembelajaran online. Selama ini pada umumnya, pembelajaran dalam bentuk sosialisasi untuk suatu kebijakan biasanya dilakukan dalam bentuk tatap muka langsung dalam suatu pertemuan antara pihak perusahaan dan pihak karyawan. Kendala biaya, waktu dan tidak adanya evaluasi untuk mengadakan pertemuan yang harus dihadiri oleh banyak karyawan dari berbagai lokasi kantor cabang merupakan kelemahan-kelemahan yang terjadi penerapan sistem sosialisasi lama.
Group Ajinomoto Indonesia adalah perusahaan modal asing yang bergerak dalam industri bumbu masak berkeinginan untuk merancang suatu sistem pembelajaran online tentang kebijakan perusahaan bidang teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan karyawan dalam bidang teknologi informasi.
Dengan adanya bentuk sistem sosialisasi kebijakan perusahaan bidang teknologi informasi berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat membantu menekan biaya, menghemat waktu, dan dapat meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman karyawan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan dalam bidang teknologi informasi, melalui evaluasi yang berkelanjutan.
Abstract
Implementation of a system of socialization of the web-based company policy is one way for companies to communicate corporate policy materials through an online learning media. During this generally, learning in the form of socialization for a policy is usually done in the form of face to face in a meeting between the company and the employees. Cost constraints, and lack of evaluation time for a meeting to be attended by many employees from different locations is a branch office of the weaknesses that occurred long socialization system implementation.
Ajinomoto Group Indonesia is a foreign capital company which is engaged in the seasoning industry intends to design an online learning system of company policy field of information technology to improve employee knowledge in the field of information technology.
With the existence of forms of socialization systems company policy web-based information technology field is expected to help reduce costs, save time, and can increase the level of knowledge and understanding of employees on company policy in the field of information technology, through ongoing evaluation.
