Abstract in
Bahasa IndonesiaSistem Informasi Penggajian merupakan sistem yang dapat membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam proses penggajian, khususnya dalam proses penghitungan gaji yang nantinya akan dilanjutkan proses pencetakan laporan. Sehingga dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Penggajian maka sistem yang sebelumnya dikerjakan secara manual akan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi.
Permasalahan yang terdapat dalam kerja praktek ini adalah bagaimana merancang dan membuat sistem informasi penggajian. Proses dari sistem informasi penggajian ini adalah berkaitan dengan kecepatan menghitung gaji.
Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Penggajian ini meliputi input data pegawai, input data gaji dan input total gaji. Dimana hasil dari input tersebut akan masuk ke dalam tabel – tabel master yang ada di database. Setelah itu, akan terdapat proses pencetakan laporan yang akan digunakan untuk proses maintenance oleh pemilik perusahaan.
Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam proses penggajian, serta meminimalkan kesalahan – kesalahan pada saat proses penghitungan gaji secara manual.
Abstract
Payroll Information System is a system that can help simplify and speed up the payroll process, especially in the salary calculation process which will continue the process of printing reports. Thus with the Payroll Information System, the system that were previously done manually will be more effective and efficient by using which computerized system.
The problems found in this practical work are how to design and create payroll information system. The process of payroll information system is related to the speed of calculating salary.
Payroll Information System applications include input employee data, payroll data input and input total salary. Where the results of these inputs will be entered into the table - a table in the master database. After that, there will be a process of printing reports to be used for the maintenance operation by the owner of the company.
With this application, it is expected to help companies to simplify and expedite the payroll process and minimize mistakes - mistakes during the counting process payroll manually.
