Abstract in
Bahasa IndonesiaDalam keadaan perekonomian negara yang sedang mengalami perbaikan ini dimana harga-harga kebutuhan pokok, sekunder maupun tersier cukup tinggi maka jumlah penduduk kalangan menengah kebawah semakin banyak. Namun masyarakat menengah kebawah juga tak sedikit yang membutuhkan rumah tempat tinggal baru untuk kelangsungan hidup mereka. Dan tidak bisa dipungkiri, mereka membeli rumah sesuai dengan keadaan keuangan mereka yang terbatas yaitu dengan memilih rumah betipe kecil.
Harga rumah dipengaruhi oleh harga tanah, harga bahan-bahan bangunan, jumlah pekerja dan waktu penyelesaian pembangunan rumah. Semakin pendek target waktu penyelesaian pembangunan rumah, semakin mahal biaya upah pekerja dan juga berpengaruh pada harga rumah.
Dalam pembangunan rumah, terdapat pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang dapat dilakukan secara paralel, sehingga diperlukan metode untuk menentukan jumlah pekerja pada tiap-tiap pekerjaan.
Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu aplikasi yang dapat menentukan berapa jumlah waktu penyelesaian rumah dengan biaya upah pekerja terkecil dan biaya bahan bangunan dengan pemilihan bahan bangunan berdasarkan klas bahan bangunan. Sehingga dapat diperoleh harga akhir rumah yang dapat terjangkau oleh calon pembeli yang dengan keadaan keuangan yang terbatas.
Abstract
In the country with economic condition lives which get repairing prices for main needs, secondary needs, and tertiary quitely high, therefore count of quitely poor people are more a lot. But, not a few many of quitely poor people needs a house for their lives. It is ca not denied that they were bought their house according with their economic life condition with choosing a house in a little type.
The price of houses are influence of lands prices, materials of building, count of workman and time to finished theri house. Shorter time from target to finished to buils a house. More expensive wages for the workman and it is influence with house prices too.
In the proses to build up a house, there are many kinds of jobs should have been done by parallel works, so that needed some method to decide count of workman to every single theirs job.
Because of that we need an application that can show how much time to finish house building with the lowest worker cost and material cost with choosing each material according to material class. So we can get the latest price of house that can be buy for the customer with a limited funds.
