Abstract in
Bahasa IndonesiaCV Mulyana BS merupakan perusahaan kontraktor yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi instalasi gas medis dan penjualan dry ice. Untuk perusahaan kontraktor instalasi gas medis proses bisnisnya dimulai dengan kontrak untuk menetukan jangka waktu suatu proyek yang disepakati. Sedangkan, penjualan dry ice dimulai dari pesanan customer. Dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya perusahaan masih sering kali mengalami kesulitan dalam mengetahui kondisi laporan keuangan perusahaan. Disamping itu, perusahaan juga mengalami kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan sistem yang ada dalam perusahaan, sehingga sistem yang terdapat pada perusahaan masih belum mampu dikelola secara efektif dan efisien.
Dengan pemanfaatan Sistem Akuntansi Proyek Instalasi Gas Medis, maka permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi. Aplikasi ini menghasilkan Laporan Barang Keluar Proyek, Laporan Pembelian Barang Proyek, Laporan Laba Rugi Proyek, Laporan Progress Proyek dan Laporan Daftar Penyewaan Alat. Sehingga dapat mengetahui peredaran keluar / masuknya keuangan perusahaan.
Berdasarkan uji coba sistem, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi Sistem Akuntansi Proyek Instalasi Gas Medis yang diterapkan pada CV Mulyana BS dapat membantu suatu perusahaan dalam mengelola Sistem Penjualan Dry Ice, Sistem Proyek Instalasi Gas Medis dan Sistem Laporan Laba Rugi Proyek yang terintegrasi pada perusahaan.
Abstract
CV BS Mulyana is the contractor company engaged in the construction and installation of medical gas and dry ice seller . The business process of For medical gas installation contractor start with a contract to determine the duration of an agreed project. Meanwhile, sales of dry ice starts from customer orders. In developing the company's business still have difficulty to recognize the condition of the company's financial report. In addition, the company also experienced difficulties in integrating existing systems within the company, so that the system is contained in the company was not able to be managed effectively and efficiently.
With the use of Project Accounting System Medical Gas Installation, then the problem can be solved. These applications produce goods Exit Project Reports, Project Reports Purchases, Income Statement Project, Project Progress Reports and Report Rental Equipment Register. So as to know the distribution of exit / entry of corporate finance.
Based on the test system, it can be concluded that the application of Accounting Systems Medical Gas Installation Project applied to the BS Mulyana CV can help a firm in managing Dry Ice Sales Systems, Medical Gas System Installation Project and Systems Project Income Statement are integrated in the company.
