Abstract in
Bahasa IndonesiaPT. Capsulgell yang ada di PIER Pasuruan merupakan suatu perusahaan Manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang Farmasi. Dalam rangka menjaga dan meningkatkan mutu Obat yang diproduksi, maka diusahakan suatu sistem kontrol terhadap kualitas produksi. Kontrol kualitas produksi yang baik pastilah dapat menjamin mutu dan khasiat obat yang diproduksi. Oleh sebab itulah perlu dirancang suatu sistem pengontrolan kualitas produksi yang benar-benar akurat, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Kalibasi dan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik dan Benar.
Sistem ini meliputi kontrol kualitas bahan awal yang diterima dari Suplier, kontrol kualitas Obat yang diproduksi dan laporan pendukung. Pembuatan sistem informasi kontrol kualitas produksi ini menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Visual Basic untuk desain tampilan antar-muka sistem dan penulisan listing programnya, serta Microsoft Access untuk pengolahan basis data (data base).
Perancangan Sistem Pengontrolan Kualitas Produksi dalam Pembuatan Obat dengan Metode Kalibrasi di PT. Capsulgell ini diharapkan dapat menyajikan informasi secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat kepada Quality Assurance, sehingga dapat memperlancar dalam penyelesaian tugas-tugas dari bagian Bussines Local Section.
Abstract
PT. Capsulgell in PIER Pasuruan is a Manufacturing company engaged in the field of Pharmacy. In order to maintain and improve the quality of drugs produced, then sought a system of control over production quality. Good production quality control must be to ensure the quality and efficacy of medicines produced. Therefore it is necessary to design an production quality control system that is really accurate, by using the method Kalibasi and Medicine Making the Good and Right.
This system includes quality control of starting materials received from the Supplier, quality control of manufactured drugs and supporting reports. Creation of production quality control information system uses the Microsoft Visual Basic software to design the system interface display and writing the program listings, and Microsoft Access for database processing (data base).
Production Quality Control System Design in Manufacturing Calibration Method in the PT. Capsulgell is expected to present information in a rapid, precise, and accurate to the Quality Assurance, in order to expedite the completion of the tasks of the Bussines Local Section.
